DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES: This TCL® 4K Football Challenge Grand Prize Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is for entries submitted via online method only by submitting valid and qualifying entries in the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.tclusa.com and clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” link, filling out the Gleam.io entry form, and following the instructions to complete each entry. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize (as defined below).

The Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”):

One valid and qualifying entry will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize consists of:

• Two (2) round-trip coach-class airplane tickets (for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest) from an airport located at or near the Grand Prize winner’s home, to Atlanta, Georgia.
• Three (3) night’s stay in one (1) hotel room (double occupancy) at an Atlanta-area hotel (precise hotel to be determined by Sponsor), with check-in on February 2, 2019, and check-out on February 5, 2019.
• Two (2) tickets to the Big Game scheduled to be held on February 3, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia.

The entry period for the Sweepstakes will officially commence on September 4, 2018 at 9:00 AM (California Time), and will conclude on December 27, 2018 at 11:59 PM (California Time). The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid and qualifying entries on January 3, 2019 at 9:00 AM California Time. The Grand Prize winner will first be contacted via the e-mail address submitted on the winner’s valid and qualifying entry form, and only after confirmation of receipt of notification will each respective Sweepstakes winner be announced, estimated to be between January 3, 2018, and January 5, 2018.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SUBMISSIONS BY ENTRANTS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR AND MAY BE USED BY SPONSOR IN FUTURE PROMOTIONS, INCLUDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, PRINT PUBLICATIONS, ONLINE, OR OTHERWISE. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. There is no method of accurately forecasting the number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if there are 10,000 valid and qualifying entries, the chances of an entrant that submitted one (1) valid and qualifying entry winning the Grand Prize in the January 3, 2019 random drawing is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1 : 10,000). All valid, qualifying entries received during the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes are eligible for the January 3, 2019 drawing. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning the Grand Prize is thereby decreased.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting http://www.tclusa.com and clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” link for the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes, filling out the Gleam.io entry form, and following the instructions to complete each entry during the applicable promotion period, or by visiting https://gleam.io/gAw6N/tcl-4k-football-challenge. Each Entrant is eligible to submit one (1) valid and qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method per week during the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes promotional period. Entrants that submit more than one entry per Social Media Entry Method per week will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting http://www.tclusa.com and clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” link for the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes, and filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete the entry.

Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age and older, and reside in the United States of America, in states not to include New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from the states of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited. All entries may be reviewed by a three-person panel comprised of employees of TTE Technology, Inc. to eliminate any Non-Qualifying Entries. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random from all valid and qualifying entries submitted in the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes. Entrants are allowed to submit only one entry per Social Media Entry Method per week during the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes promotional period. Entrants submitting more than one entry per Social Media Entry Method per week during the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes promotional period will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void. Entrants bear any and all liability for the posting and/or submission (including re-posting or forwarding) of photos and/or entries containing individuals that have not expressly provided their permission to be included in the photo or image.

Entries from New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii will not be permitted, will not be considered valid, and will not be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from United States territories, are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entrants must be available to travel via airplane to Atlanta, Georgia, on February 2, 2019, and depart Atlanta, Georgia, on February 5, 2019.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNER, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random by Gleam.io utilizing the Random.org website. There will be one (1) random drawing from valid and qualifying entries in the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes to select one (1) Grand Prize winner on January 3, 2019. The Grand Prize winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided by the corresponding entrant’s valid and qualifying entry form. The Grand Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the corresponding Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Grand Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner, if the corresponding Grand Prize winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of official notification. All entrants should closely monitor the e-mail address included in the corresponding valid and qualifying entry beginning on January 3, 2019, and each day thereafter, until the Grand Prize winner is announced.

PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: The Grand Prize (as defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above) has an estimated total value of $7,900.00 (U.S.). Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize (also defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above).

A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. The Grand Prize winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Grand Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. The Grand Prize winner agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligation.

GENERAL RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, assigns, and agents (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or participation in any events, activities, meetings, transportation, accommodations, or any other items that may be a part of accepting or participating in activities included as part of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, airport or airline closure(s), satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation, and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Grand Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, to not award a Grand Prize, or to substitute the Grand Prize with another prize or prizes offering approximately equivalent or near-equivalent retail or monetary value. In the event the Grand Prize winner is located in or in close geographical proximity to Atlanta, Georgia and informs Sponsor that he/she does not require an airplane flight to travel to Atlanta, Georgia, Sponsor may in its sole discretion determine to provide the Grand Prize winner with train, bus, car, or other travel accommodations in lieu of airplane travel. The Grand Prize is not transferable by the Grand Prize winner to any individual, entity, or group. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable. All entrants understand and acknowledge that the e-mail address submitted in their respective entries will be added to the list of recipients receiving the TCL Newsletter and/or other future communications, which may include marketing, advertisements, or other communications. All participants/entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Participants/entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. The laws of the State of California (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms. All participants/entrants agree to and acknowledge that any action relating to this Sweepstakes shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California (USA). All entrants grant Sponsor the perpetual royalty-free right, title, interest, and license to any photographs and/or video taken or created by Sponsor of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner, and further agree that Sponsor shall retain worldwide rights to use, reproduce, and post on Sponsor’s social media and website properties all digital and film photographs and video taken or created by Sponsor (or by third-party vendors engaged by Sponsor) that are in any way connected with winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, including any photographs and/or video containing images of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize without additional compensation and on a royalty-free basis.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States of America only and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the United States of America, or reside in the states of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii. Void where prohibited. The use of multiple entries per Social Media Entry Method per week in the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes by an individual is strictly prohibited, and all entries by an entrant utilizing more than one entry per Social Media Entry Method per week in the TCL® 4K Football Challenge Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is prohibited, and any such entries will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the account and/or e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified account and/or e-mail address, and Sponsor’s decision will be final. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for the Grand Prize.
